"Please DO NOT BUY YOUR BOOK FROM THIS…"

Please DO NOT BUY YOUR BOOK FROM THIS WEBSITE. They are FAKE. I ordered a book from them, I never received it. I called, emailed nothing happened. I reported them to FTC. Do not buy your book there.

"Wrong book, no response to email"

Received a different book than the one I ordered. Emailed the company twice about returning the book for a refund, and did not get a single response back. Will not be ordering from this company again.

The most unethical business practice I have ever seen. Ordered a textbook the email said it should arrive 3-8 days but it's been already more than 3 weeks but book hasn't arrived yet. They failed to provide a tracking number. I also emailed them multiple times asking for a refund because it's been way too long and I already received that book from other seller. But they have been telling me the book will arrive this week then when it didn't they said if it won't arrive by the end pf the next week they will issue me a refund and then I received another email saying that the book will surely arrive by Wednesday. But they totally ignore the fact that I don't need it anymore. Multiple of my emails were ignored and I am having so much difficulties getting a refund from the. I believe such business practice shouldn't be tolerated and such businesses should be shout down.

Terrible!!! I ordered set of textbooks. It was delivered on time but PREVIOUS edition instead of advertised. Send multiple e-mails and called them without getting any response.
I ordered books from different places but have never had with kind of experience. As I understand fraud is something normal for this company.

I ordered 2 books. They came in a package, but one of the books was incorrect. I emailed them, no response. I sent a message through their online customer service thing, they said "We are very sorry... We don't know if that book is in stock anymore but will check. Send us back the book, and when we get it, we'll refund you for the book we should have given you." They didn't even mention paying for shipping of me sending it back. I asked them how they did not know their stock when I can go to the website and see their stock, and if they would pay for shipping. No response. I sent the same message through their customer service thing again. No response. It's been several extra weeks and I really wanted that book ):

Edit: I called them and they said they promised they would send it over as well as send over a shipping label. They proceeded to not send anything.
I called them again a week later and asked for the book. This time I forgot to mention the other book situation and was pretty mad in general and made the guy promise several times to send me my book. He did, said it would be there in 3~4 days. It actually took more like 7, but I did get the book eventually. Hooray!
It should not have taken that much effort to get a 10 dollar book though, so they still get 1 star

(Note: For reference,I planned beforehand to write a review independently of my experience because I don't like the bias that comes from only seeing reviews of customers with extreme experiences and I could not judge this company from the reviews a priori)

"Charged but no book"

My credit card was charged. However, I have not received the book I ordered. The store has not responded with a delivery date or method of tracking.

"You get what you pay for"

Shipping for the book took a few days longer than what I paid for. The packaging was not very good quality, but the book is the correct book and for what I paid for it it seems like a good deal. It would be better if it shipped in time and if tracking information was available. A tracking number was provided, however I was only given information when it was a day out and before that had no idea how long it would take or where the package was.

My book was supposed to arrive friday (I paid extra for shipping) but arrived the Wednesday after. I emailed customer service and got no response about the delay. The book is right and the price was good, but be prepared to wait a while.
