I don't understand all the technical aspects and procedures to transfer or reassign my domain regisration to another hosting company. I had to get a web designer to take cake of it. I wasted a whole week's time. Although, the phone representative did explain what I needed to do, but to me it's just not understandable.

I rarely provide feedback, but this time I feel it is necessary. I recently purchased a domain from Instra.com and was extremely disappointed with how they treated their customers.
- After making the purchase and payment, my account was deleted from their system without any notification or reason. I am unable to log in.
- I was required to verify my identity and was asked for an ID or passport. This was a very complicated and lengthy process. I have never seen a registrar do this before.
- The email support was extremely rude and unhelpful.
It was a terrible experience.
Afterward, I switched to another registrar. They handled the registration with a fully automated process. Additionally, I received free email and SSL services.
