Overall a good experience at AJ as a support worker. The pay could be better to reflect the competition of other agency’s. The only problem I have with AJ is how they handle sickness. They make you feel guilty which makes you not want to ring in and this causes service users risk. Which AJ do not consider- they don’t think of the service user’s we support! There has always been enough shifts for me and always more available if I needed or wanted them.

"Joining AJ recruitment"

The service i have received from the start of the recruitment process was very good from start to finish.
My only concern was not knowing that I would be on a temp to perm bases once I started the process but when I raised this concern my worries were easily taken care of and full apologies were given by the recruitment team.
