I have had a really positive experience with LTF especially all thanks to Laura at LTF recruitment who was very patient and helped me find a role that is suitable and accessible for me to travel to. I have managed to get a full-time position very quickly that has an immediate start date, which has been very helpful to me. The company is fantastic, there is no hesitation involved and the company overall works in a very professional manner to find you a role instantly that is long term within Primary Schools; highly recommend!!

I was hesitant to work for an agency from being a permanent staff. I have no regrets. Richard has been an absolute star, he's been great from start. Always responding immediately to any queries or concerns. He really takes care of his staffs. Waste no time, supportive in every possible way. He's always updating us of all changes during pandemic. His support has been amazing throughout.

I applied to them via Indeed, once they recieved my CV I was offered an interview within a few weeks for the company advertised on the original advert. I interviewed and was offered the job the following day. Very good company, have the jobs advertised available and offer support all the way through the process.
