Finding it increasingly difficult to recruit good calibre recruits for School, in April 2023, we used agencies to assist for the first time, including LTF.

Their approach from the start was different – they came out and met with us to find out about the School and what we are looking for in staff. This has not been our experience with the majority of agencies, who just seem to be interested in getting as many people through the door as possible.

Over 18 months later, LTF are our preferred “go to” for recruiting. They understand our needs, are receptive to feedback and work with us in partnership.
