I have been recently talking with Henri at LTF, following my interest in a vacancy they were recruiting for. Henri called me based on what he had seen from my application. He expressed that he thought the vacancy would be tailor made for me. He listened intently to my history and current circumstances, matching those things with the school that had the vacancy.

He went above an beyond to contact the headteacher of the school that I applied to, to set up an in person meeting with her. He also provided multiple follow up calls to inform me of the progress and to ensure I felt comfortable with him sending my CV her way and setting up the meeting with her.

The meeting went well (Henri's judgement and intuition about myself and the suitability to the role was spot on!) I have just been offered the role and have accepted it (this all happened within 6 days!!!!!)
