"Order wasn't placed but still got charged.."

Hello! Tried to purchase a perfume on this website. On the checkout I've put my credit card information and pressed a button to place an order, after that a window that says that there appeared to be a mistake popped out and that I should try again later. Order wasn't placed but my credit card was still charged.

Awful. I several days and hours shopping and decided to finally purchase a gorgeous table. I purchased from Fragrances N More. I was so excited and then within 2 days they issued a refund to me. Please note that the table was on their website for several days before I actually purchased!

I placed my order only to find out a few days later that the order cannot be completed as the item is sold out.
