Do NOT book anything online with them. If you’re going to book, do it over the phone—it’s extremely confusing otherwise. I spent $460 on what I thought were tickets, but they turned out to be standby. Then they called to tell me that to turn those standby tickets into regular tickets, I’d need to pay an additional $500.

It took five different customer service reps before someone finally agreed to refund me—and only because I bought new tickets directly from the airline while still on the phone with them. I told them to just keep the money because I already had what I needed. The whole process was frustrating and felt like a huge waste of time. Every rep gave me a different story. I wish I had gotten the name of the last guy I spoke to—he was the only one who I felt was actually trying to help me.
