Horrible I experienced with this company. I booked a flight, got a confirmation then thats when the phone calls began. They called me numerous of times harassing me about my flight. Trying to make me upgrade, stating that the airline had no seats available. This site is a scam. They advertised a price and then called you and went up on the price. Not once but twice. When I called the airline… my confirmation didn’t even exits. They take your money stay away from them Horrible company. Check the reviews on Better Business Bureaus Better Business website

Booked flights, but FarePorto hid luggage fees until after payment. Agent demanded an extra $2000 to add bags—never mentioned during booking. When I refused, they threatened an "airline blacklist" if I disputed the charge. Avoid this scam—they trick you into paying more. Filing a credit card dispute now.
