I have been a subscriber to your product for approximately three months now.
Whilst your software is great and has made our job of managing the company that much easier, it is your staff which has made the difference for me.
I trialled several software programs before choosing Proworkflow and one aspect which stood out is the fantastic support your staff have given me from the very beginning.
Especially Shane, he dealt with my panicked call tonight with great professionalism and care, going far above and beyond the call of duty. He stayed back after his day was done to assist me in any way he could.

"Well-priced Intuitive Platform with Excellent Support!"
We reviewed 5 project management platforms before settling on ProWorkFlow.
The reality is that unless you hire a team of developers to hand-roll a custom solution for you, there will be compromises with any project management platform. Plus *any* software platform is in a constant state of development and upgrades, so there's no such thing as perfect in this realm. What is really remarkable here is the team's response to feedback, requests, and general day-to-day exchanges.
One big tip-off for us was the notable absence of an implementation fee or contract -- I knew that no company would do this without a serious commitment to happy customers and this has proven to be the case. Think about it -- it's easy to walk away or drop the ball after a fee of thousand$ and an annual contract are collected. This is not the case with PWF at all -- you are free to go, the only thing to keep you around is an easy-to-use platform and friendly, responsive service. Imagine that.
Our experience has certainly been one of genuine helpfulness and super responsive support with the wide variety of our needs and questions (and it has been quite the variety). We even received personal attention from the CTO, who took time out to help our small-ish company along with the migration.
If you choose to engage with ProWorkFlow you won't regret it, most especially if you have the pleasure of working with Ivan, Dena, or Jack!

"Great Support and problem solving with minimal cost"
ProWorkflow has a fantastic project management tool for anyone that runs a team, and serves requests from the field. However, they really shine on their support staff. They were able to help our company implement a online request for for projects that use a 3rd party integration, which automatically inputs all fields and due dates into a new project within ProWorkflow thereby streamlining the entire process. And the best part, it was free! We were able to go with a cheaper plan because of this free integration. We are very pleased!

My experience with the ProWorkFlow representatives has been positive since the beginning. I received phone calls and customized demo videos for my particular questions. After the trial period, we decided to get our team started on ProWorkFlow. Our account representative is always attentive and available for questions and help. They are so friendly and polite! I've had such a fantastic experience with the level of care and support provided by ProWorkFlow - it is refreshing to feel so nicely taken care of in this sad age of poor customer service. I am very impressed with this company. Thank you for making each interaction enjoyable!!! Plus, we love the easy of use and functionality of this cloud-based project management solution.

"Amazing project management, even better customer service"
These guys seriously have the best customer service I have experienced with ANY company, ever. Anytime I have a question or need help with anything, I get a quick (sometimes immediate) response via email or a call. If I don't know how to do something, they will even send me a personalized "how to" video. Been using PWF for about 4 years now, I LOVE it. Jack from the support team is awesome, so is Wendy!

"Amazing Customer Service"
ProWorkflow is extremely user friendly and the customer service team is excellent to work with. During our trial stage I was assigned to an account manager, Nick, who assisted me with any questions I had about the software. Nick walked me through the basics, as well as helping me set up the software specifically for our needs. In addition to the support during the trial, I was followed up with assistance after we signed up for an account with ProWorkflow. When we have questions, we always receive prompt feedback and attention.

"I'm not exactly a planner"
I'm a creative free-thinker and I find project management systems frustrating. As my team grows, however, task management over email for more than 20 concurrent projects (and just as many personnel) wasn't cutting it. The team was confused about status, quality was suffering, and things were falling through the cracks.
We tried a variety of other tools before landing on ProWorkflow. Everyone on the team has really enjoyed the google drive integration, colorful reports of project and task status, and built-in dashboarding. We also appreciate being able to implement our own branding and embed the login page on other platforms.
We haven't been using the billing features, commenting and notes feature, or time tracking but looking forward to exploring more advanced reporting.
It is still early-days for us with the product but it has held out interest for several months and onboarding with Nick has been an excellent experience. He really rallied for us to be successful and it feels great to have his support and a foundation of more smoothly running projects to grow from.
We are starting 2016 project planning now and the templates we have developed for standard workflows (like a sponsored event, a peer-networking online program, blog posts, video production, etc.) make us feel more confident about adding resources and starting new things without the fear that we will forget to deliver or lose-track of the next most important actions.

"Great Customer Service"
We needed changes done on the back end and was amazed at the speed things got done! Jack J. was quick to call us, set up a time, review our concerns, make a demo account of our data, review with me online, then move over to the Live Account!
But it doesn't stop there....realized we needed more and had to move up a level so without skipping a beat Dena A. jumps in, reviews our concerns, sets up online reviewing, spends hours answering my questions.
Both staff....Patient, Knowledgeable, Fast, relaxed. Good Team.

"The best of them all!"
I have used several project management platforms in the past but nothing and I mean nothing, comes close to ProWorkFlow. I stumbled across a link to ProWorkFlow while browsing the Internet looking for something, anything that would make my workflow easier and keep me on track as a freelancer. Sweet mystery of life, at last I found what I was looking for!
ProWorkFlow is not only for the experienced team manager, but even the novice user will find the interface very intuitive to use and the dashboard is absolutely brilliant! For me it was love at first click! This is the solution I was looking for!!

"Feedback"
Your new invoicing system not only makes our work more time consuming, but your lack of training and warning of any changes is utterly unacceptable. We use multiple bank accounts due to different business sources, previously I could have different templates set up which were attached to different bank accounts and it was a simple matter of clicking on the one I needed depending on who I was invoicing. Now I need to manually change the bank account settings every time I change business source on my invoicing. The templates also previously auto-populated the "Description" field on the invoice with our standard scripting - this is no longer the case. And a new issue I've found today is that the invoicing page has a new Xero-related function called "Submitted" which requires yet another process through Xero before the 2 systems will speak to each other (I'm not sure if this is a Xero or a PWF issue). I'm almost at the end of my patience with PWF - you seem to have tried to fix something that wasn't broken and I question how much proper market research you did before you went ahead considering a) the system suited our needs as a small business just fine previously, and b) you changed the system TWO DAYS prior to the end of our financial year. I don't wish to be called back or provided with youtube training videos. Unless you will be telling me that you are going back to the previous processes then please just take this as feedback that any future updates you may wish to put in place should be thoroughly researched and rolled out on a date with the least disruption to business as possible.
