"The answer to our question"
After having a very enjoyable first up meeting (on the same day Nick from PWF made contact with DBJ I must add) both the managing director and I agreed to sign up there and then.
The experience from that point on as far as PWF has been concerned was “how can we help you” in going the extra mile to accommodate DBJ’s needs.
DBJ Furniture Ltd being a manufacturing company, it was very important to find an online software solution for scheduling all our staff from the office right through to onsite. Although we’re still in the setting up stages, already the managing director and ALL office staff are very excited to see just how PWF is going to help each of them in their own company roles.
From the initial design/project scope right through to installation PWF will now replace the many different systems in place bringing everything together and giving the MD and PM’s project work flow control and time allocated management (in short we can now see just where our jobs are at a glance) making for a much happier client at the end of the project.
To sum up DBJ is looking forward to working very closely with PWR in order to get the most out of their software and to provide as much feedback as possible in order to further improve ProWorkflow.

"Inspiring Customer Service"
After thoroughly researching the problem scope and evaluating more than 10 PM tools, only 1 provider called (from New Zealand) to discuss my requirements: Nick from ProWorkflow. I immediately remembered the ProWorkflow Review blog post, where Julie Titterington writes:

Because of the niche nature of our engineering business and our primary needs for project schedule, nested checklists, active document collaboration, and simplicity no single PM tool seemed to fit. After an *hour* on the phone and an offer to customize his product, Nick also pointed me toward 4 other options (1 of which should be considered his competitor) to accommodate my immediate challenges. Because ProWorkflow actively develops each major release as a separate project, I am genuinely excited to see what’s coming down the pipeline in the months ahead. PWF is a company dedicated to understanding the customer’s perspective and puts into practice Donald Miller’s (et al) philosophy that, in fact, customers are the heroes. (Service providers are guides.) Kudos!

It's priced reasonably, does eveything you need it to and the support is excellent. Nick Warwood has been a huge help for us setting up the account and making sure we have optimised the overall existence. Highly recommend this firm and their product.

The Product...
I work for a company that manages digital marketing campaigns for clients. The nature of the business is very cut throat and our organization must deliver concierge-level service to our clients in order to differentiate ourselves from the competition.
Last year our organization was looking to transition from an antiquated system for project management to a modern one that offered a great deal out of the box with the ability to tailor processes to our workflow. As a certified PMP, I was very familiar with other products in the marketplace. When I learned about ProWorkFlow I was shocked at how many features were available at a very reasonable cost per user. Deciding to move forward with ProWorkFlow was a no-brainer. The product offers terrific features in a very user-friendly and intuitive interface.
We are now using ProWorkFlow to manage 100% of our projects. Our organization is now completely paper-less as ProWorkFlow's task management and project management allowed us to cease printing and filing project documentation. As a result we've eliminated 2 network printers, removed a wall of file cabinets, and have added additional cubicles for new employees.
The biggest benefits our organization has realized as a result of the ProWorkFlow adoption is the gain of workflow efficiency and management controls. We are now able to manage more projects per person and move those projects more quickly, which results in our customers being highly satisfied with our service. The system also allowed us to understand our business more, which helped us build management controls such as productivity reports and capacity planners.
The product is absolutely terrific and you should certainly give it a try!
The Service...
By now you must realize that I am huge fan of the product. Now I must tell you about the A+ service we receive from the ProWorkFlow team. As I stated above, our organization tries to deliver concierge-level service to our clients in order to distinguish ourselves from competition. ProWorkFlow takes the same approach to their service model. We were assigned an Account Manager named Jack Jenkins. Jack is extremely responsive to our needs and always willing to help brainstorm solutions to any new need we might have. Just recently he and I were discussing a need to tie our project numbers to an invoice number. There was no out-of-the-box solution for what we were trying to do. At that point Jack took the problem to Richard (CTO) and they worked out a solution that we could use. Jack also frequently interfaces with Vishal (CIO) who helps us align our internal resources with ProWorkFlow. Together, the ProWorkFlow team is always there to deliver the service we count on as a customer. Knowing how important service is, I can vouch for this team. They truly put the customer first and deliver.
