He was empathetic and understanding to the situation, the bigger picture, with my daughter at the university and our family based in Devon. This time I decided not to do this, as after 4 years I had only driven 16k miles, and in my opinion it was a good car, suitable for my needs - SEAT
I spoke to my neighbour, a recently retired motor engineer who worked on high end cars both in this country and abroad providing valuations and mechanical solutions- and he advised me to go to A690, having seen the services they offered
I did and was not disappointed, from the moment I entered their premises you could smell professionalism, everyone cared, I was kept up to date with additional work needed (Tyres to be replaced), and I must admit, being a lay person, I feel the car could not have received abetter service and MOT
