Unfriendly customer service. I don't get the feeling they value acquiring potential new customers after the correspondence I recently had with them. Since they advertise they cut to size for free, I inquired about installing a 72" x 84 " mirror with 2 electrical cut outs for my home gym. Since I installed decorative polyurethane mouldings for the surround around the planned mirror I was told they could not install this mirror inside this moulding surround. Why I asked. The response was that this was a custom install and not the basic gym mirror installation. Why is this considered a custom install when the mouldings do not pose any interference with the installation of the mirror I asked. Answer: Because they need to space at least 2 inches from all four edges of the moulding surround. The response to my next question sounded like I was being reprimanded for asking why the random number of 2 inches, why not 1 inch? No good answer from this person I was dealing with. His answer was that the installers needed 2 inches spacing from the edge of the moulding to install the J channel and could not install the J channel up against the edge of the moulding. Even though the explanation for this made no sense I decided to compromise and agree to the 2 inch spacing of the J Channels since I could later install a 2 inch piece of moulding between the J channel and the moulding surrounds after the installation. This company was quick to tell me to use a local company only after my second follow up correspondence where I sent a photo of the space for the mirror. No response after my last correspondence inquiring about the price of the mirror and the price of the cut outs for the electrical outlets after I agreed to the 2 inch spacing of the J-channels. Don't believe these fake good reviews posted here. I am sure they were paid for. This company is pure BS.
