The ordering process was easy. Price was very reasonable, and the installation service was excellent.

It’s a legit business… Sounded too good to be true, I rolled the dice. It was easy. It was COD many thanks to the mirror company.

The install team did a great job. The joint between the two mirrors was very clean and I did not know they came framed out as well. They turned out fantastic for my home gym.

"There was no flexibility on scheduling…"

There was no flexibility on scheduling the mirror install. When they were supposed to be installed the first day, the tech got sick (so understandable). But then once you went to reschedule, the client was unavailable so we had to wait another couple weeks. Then when you went to schedule again it was on a Sunday (not during normal business hours). THEN I get a call from the tech that they are on their way at 10:30AM when the install was scheduled for 1PM-5PM. They said that we would need to reschedule if I couldn't make it to the install at that moment. Luckily, the client could let them in.

I'm thinking this may be the last time we do business with the mirror company unfortunately it's just been too much of a headache.

It did take three months from order to installation. That said the price was great. Very professional installation. Crew was in and out in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend if you can be patient with the long delivery time.

"Great mirrors, but make sure you never want to move them!"

The mirrors are very good quality and the initial installation went well. However, when they installed them, I had mentioned to the installers our plans for potential expansion and one of the mirrors would eventually need to be moved. When I ordered new mirrors for the expansion, I was told that they don't remove and reinstall mirrors that I previously ordered from them?!?!? These are quite expensive and it's now likely I'm going to be destroying one, unless I can figure out how to remove and re-install myself!

The installation crew arrived on time and was a wealth of knowledge with recommendations relating to positioning and installation of the mirrors. They were a pleasure and did quick work. Looks great!

Crew arrived and had the mirror installed in our fitness center within a few minutes. Many nice compliments from the homeowners.

"The installers were nice"

The installers were nice, but they didn't clean up after themselves and left finger prints all over the mirrors. It would have been nice if we didn't have to clean up after them. They also kept telling us that we shouldn't cut holes for the outlets and they expected to be back out to our property in 6 months to replace the mirror, because it will break. If it wasn't advised to cut holes, why do they do it?
