I'm so glad I stuck it out with them! At first, things were difficult and a lg measure of distrust on my part but we worked together and now I'm getting my orders seamlessly. Moreover, the medicine is working for me. I'M GLAD I STAYED WITH THEM!!!

First call, the girl kept saying hello hello and hung up..I callled back the second person had such a Stong accent it was very hard for me to understand…also each time I spoke she spoke ate the same time! Clearly she was on a cell phone and bc I couldn’t get my answers she told me to go to portal.

a supervisor 2 days ago had the audacity to lie to me and tell me she would expedite my shipment the next day. LIE!!!
They have had my money since 3/21/25 for 24 hour shipping. Again another lie.
Nothing shipped. - I want my money back. The most unreliable unprofessional company ever. Oh yeah. They understand my frustration and keep apologizing.

Been trying to get my refills since January 20 25 not only have I not got them but they’ve been charging me for them and said that they sent me three months when I only received one month so I’m not happy right now. We’ll see if they can get the shipment sent and a refund for all the money they charged me every month.
