shout out to the entire Direct Meds Team. After a few hiccups, customer support was responsive to every one of my inquiries. Special thanks to Myra Landeros for helping me to get my order corrected and sent in a timely manner and to Minnie Williams for taking the time to explain the changes in medication.

The script was written for the wrong dosage. I've contacted the company twice and they keep saying they're waiting on the Dr. This is the 1st order with your company. I'm not impressed at all. Depending how this is handled will determine if I stay with your company or not.
