I didn't receive enough medication to complete the first phase of my program, it was supposed to be a 30 day supply , it only lasted 2 weeks and I measured the right dose religiously!

I almost finished my first shipment of the Semaglutide. Then for some unknown reason, my account was cancelled 😠it’s now been 2 weeks and the issue is still unresolved and still no next shipment. The interruption of services is confusing my body.
At this point, I’m about to start all over with a different company!
I don’t want to do that but I need Direct Meds to get it right, please.

They charged my card even though I placed my account on a temporary hold and they claimed that I did not so after four emails and phone calls I forwarded them the email where I had it paused they finally acknowledged the mistake but still charge my card. They said they would refund me that day even said the refund has been submitted 11 days later still nothing and now they don't even call back or answer emails. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable company this is not one. This is the third time I had a problem with this company I figured I was in the clear once I put the account on hold, not the case.
