"Missing Zofran"
My medication was missing the Zofran. Email response apologized and requested the name/address of my pharmacy so they can ship it there. Why not just ship it to me directly I asked, and I hope they don’t bill my insurance??? Zofran was not shipped, instead a prescription was sent over and, as I suspected, my insurance was billed and I had to pay a copay. As a Zofran script costs about $100, that seems to align with the $100 off 1st month promo. How convenient. After several emails with promises of “escalating to back office team” I’m reading other reviews of same problem. Seems like a shady business practice on their part to save money, I have lost trust in the honesty of this company and, after reading some scary reviews here, I hope things don’t get any worse for me with some of the billing issues noted! Still waiting for a response as to why my insurance was billed for a medication that was supposed to be included in my initial payment. I can’t seem to get a direct answer, just the runaround. I’m hoping Jacqueline can solve my problem and restore some faith in Direct Meds. Jacqueline, if you’re a real person please call me, you have my number on file.

"The second shipment never arrived"
The second shipment never arrived. When I called and left messages and emails I received generic responses that were supposed to placate my concern. They had already deducted the second months payment from my banking account. After a few weeks I requested my money back and a cancelation of my contract.

First monthI recieved wrong medication. It was for someone that was diabetic . They replaced with correct meds I wasn't suppose to be charge BUT they took out even more money then before. Still trying to get my money CUSTOMER SERVICE is terrible . All they say is I will check into to .No one looks at the email showing I wouldn't be charged . DONT SIGN UP
