Bought a second hand set of coilovers that Driftworks still deal on their site. They still endeavoured to assist me they best they could in some of my queries regardless of the fact that I didn’t actually purchase the coils from them new. Also bought a pair of their coilover spanners off of their eBay site, arrived quickly with good packaging. Great, and down to earth company 👍

Decided to use driftworks as the had good reviews from various forums I use.
Emailed to ask what they’d recommend as to which spring choice on the hsd coilovers I wanted to buy
They hit me back the same day with an answer.
So I ordered on the Monday and they came the following Friday.
From start to finish they were on it.
Fantastic product

I ordered a Nardi steering wheel through driftworks which was made to order, originally I was looking at 2 - 4 weeks waiting time but it took much, much longer on Nardi's end, which given the current circumstances is understandable. Driftworks were on to Nardi for updates constantly and kept me updated but in the end I'd grown fed up of waiting and found another wheel I really liked that was in stock.
After a short phone call, I'd had the original steering wheel I ordered cancelled and swapped for a different one, then by 9am the next morning like magic was my new Nardi steering wheel at my front door.
Honestly, I could not be any happier with Driftworks customer support and how they handled the situation, cheers guys. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

"I ordered anti roll bars for my Toyota…"
I ordered anti roll bars for my Toyota MR2, 1 day later I was informed by Alex from customer service that the delivery could take place in 8 weeks at the earliest, because the producer no longer has any stock. After asking the producer, I found out that the anti roll bars will probably no longer be produced.
Alex from driftworks immediately canceled the order and arranged for the payment to be transferred back!
Perfect and correct company! Absolute recommendation!

"bad experience, wrong wheels, issue with order, not happy"
WARNING, do not recommend buying from then, I order for first time wheels from them during a sale, only to get email saying the wheels was out of stock, but the transaction went threw....
after few back and forth email, I got another wheel different set and paid extra for it
after 1 week, they sent me new email saying there was an issue with my wheels AGAIN,
they messed up the colors of the wheels, 3 of them was wrong and 1 was right..... they said could preper 2 wheels the right color and 2 the wrong and offer 5% discount on this order if I decide to go for the mismatched set.....
They can make only make 1 wheel the right color...... only 1.... they can't make full sett and they can't offer anything better then 5% for mismatched set.
after few back and forth emails, only 2 option they gave me was mismatched set or refund, and I only get refuned by the amount the paid, even tho I had to pay transactions and waste my time for this
still waiting for the refund, first time ordering from them, and most likely the last time, never had this much issue out of thousands of orders I have done, made me so annoyed and angry I had to write review because this was and is not acceptable in any way shape or form

"Terrible customer service"
I accidentally ordered parts for an S13 when I have an S14.
Waited until winter to get everything done which was a little way down the line but nothing was touched. Then I realised the parts were wrong and went to go and order the correct ones.
After going to place the correct order I discovered that their websites filter is wrong and lists the wrong part under my cars filter.
I asked them to exchange for the correct ones and I’d pay any difference and they flat out refused.
Even when I pointed out that the website was STILL showing the wrong filter results, which it is even to this day, I was told it didn’t matter.
I will choose to go ANYWHERE but here from now on.

Wasnt very happy with the service of driftworks.
Bought some HSD coilovers for my MX-5 through their finance.
Got a email the next day or so saying they're doing a promotion and doing 10% off, when I phone up to see if they can retrospectively refund the difference, they wasnt able too which is guess is fair enough, he wanted me to place another order for the same coilovers and return the other set which as you can imagine isn't ideal.
After talking to them and getting no where, I asked for a voucher of the difference which would of been fine as I was still planning on buying more parts.
Unfortunately they never bothered emailing or posting the voucher/discount code.
In the end I gave up with them and will be using a different shop in the future seems like customer service isn't important for them and they just want money.

"steering wheel hub & quick release"
Bought a steering wheel hub and quick release from here. Changed my mind on the wheel hub halfway through, emailed them explaining and they said it was fine to swap with a different one, all i had to do was pay the rest. Delivery was fine and came nicely packaged. (With a couple sweets!)
