Falsche Lieferung erhalten. 2 E-Mails blieben tagelang unbeantwortet, beim Versuch das Problem telefonischen zu lösen, wimmelte man uns ab, mit dem Hinweis eine Reklamation über die Webseite zu beantragen. Auch das war ohne Kundenkonto nicht einfach. Nach einigen Tagen bekamen wir kommentarlos eine Sendungsbestätigung und ein Retourenlabel. 2 Wochen waren wir ohne Licht, keine Stellungnahme, kein Entgegenkommen.
