He made sure the situation was Resolved and that I was happy with the outcome. Because of Charlie wordans now has a life long customer!!

Recently used Wordans for the first time to order some youth hoodies. One of the hoodies had some stitching issues. I sent an email in and customer service contacted me within the hour.
