Una atención pésima tanto por vía telefónica como por correo. Me envían las tallas mal, les pido un reembolso y en lugar de eso me las envían de nuevo.. un desastre.
Comentan que no se puede hablar con un responsable o con un encargado de la empresa por lo que no puedes ni reclamar por que sólo te atienden desde atención al cliente que son trabajadores que no pueden darte soluciones ni respuestas para lo que necesitas. Sólo saben respuestas de libro.
