I bought 2 pair of sweatpants for my husband for Christmas. One was true to size; the other was huge. Wordans wouldn't accept return because it was past the 30-day deadline. Also, it took more than a week to respond to my customer service request.

She looked up my email and quickly sent me the return information so I could get the items returned the same day. She was very pleasant and helpful. We need more people like Angela in the world.

. I’m probably the most wishy washy person ever I emailed slot and she always responded graciously and was so helpful!! I have a hemp farm and my farm is run by a nuero diverse (austistic person) me. "NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCTS"
I ordered from here on November 2nd, 2023. I got a shipped notification the next day, the 3rd. It’s now November 14th with no products. When I go to track the shipment it says, “We could not locate the shipment details
for this tracking number. Details are only
available for shipments made within the
last 120 days.” I’ve emailed three times and even sent a refund request. NO RESPONSE. It’s not okay to take peoples hard earned money and not deliver the product or even give their money back.
