I'm always blown away at how quick, efficient and smooth every order I've placed with them has been! There's email updates to keep you informed as to at what stage your order is being processed, as well as if it's been shipped yet, so there's no guesswork. I've placed orders by mid day, and they're in my mailbox the very next day!!
I've never had a problem, (other than sticking to my budget) and am, and will continue to be a repeat customer.
