"cross stitch frame "

Ordered a cross stitch frame (fed up of stabbing my fingers!!!) just after New Year. Didn't expect it to be delivered until later this week but it was posted out to me late Monday and it was delivered to me on Tuesday! So happy with all aspects of ordering from Lakeside and will certainly order from them again.

"Order remained in ‘processing’ despite being in stock"

I placed an order for my mother’s Christmas present on the 15th December for an item which was ‘in stock’. On the 21st December I was surprised to see it was still in the ‘processing’ phase.
As I result I requested that my order was cancelled and full refund provided.
There was no correspondence. Just noticed the refund was in my bank account. It would have been nice for some kind of acknowledgement that a refund was being processed.
Luckily I was able to find the exact same long stitch pack on Amazon without any delivery fee so worked out cheaper for me in the end. I understand that Christmas is a busy time period but I honestly felt I ordered in a satisfactory time frame for an item which was marked as in stock.
