"Slow to dispatch and mistakes in what arrives"

Apart from taking a week to dispatch parcels I’ve now had my third parcel delivered with an item missing or the wrong item sent. I wouldn’t mind so much if I had placed lots of orders but I’ve placed 5, making 3 out of 5 be sent incorrectly as well as slowly. Having 60% of my orders being wrong isn’t ok and it’s also a huge shame because they have an amazing selection of lovely things. I could happily be ordering from them way more but I’m a little nervous now. Give them their due, once alerted to missing items they get them straight out in the post to arrive the next day. I just wish they paid that much attention to the rest of their customer service.

"A POOR SERVICE"

Sent an order for 18 DMC threads late on 4th Sept which I appreciate would not be dealt with until the 5th. Had not had any notification by mid morning of the 8th as to the status of my order so emailed. I received a brusque reply informing me that despatch was 2-4 days and that the 8th was the 3rd working day (no it's the 4th working day) I was informed that on this occasion they would send my order 24 your delivery which had they not done so I would have received after the weekend a whole week from ordering. I have used this company a few times now but will no longer be doing so.

They also sell at more reasonable prices than buying from many other sellers and they have a good stock of thread, fabric, patterns and other useful things for stitching.
