When they were going to increase prices for dmc individual thread skeins, they gave us heads up so we would know /order before it came into effect. "Very poor communication."

Ordered 11th June as I wanted to take a project on holiday with me and needed threads. By 21st June still nothing had arrived so I emailed and was advised it would be posted that day, there was a delay on some of the threads being out of stock, it would have been nice if I’d been advised of this when I placed my order. By 30th June still nothing so I opened a PayPal case and as if by magic my order was updated as having been dispatched. Too late though so now the package is at home and I’m on holiday, had I known I would have gone elsewhere.
