I’ve been using Lakeside for years and find them excellent. My only criticism is that stock levels of threads are rarely sufficient to meet my orders in one go - threads that are imported take a long time to arrive. Staff that I’ve spoken to on the phone are always very helpful and friendly.

Very large range of items available which makes it a one-stop shop for everything cross-stitch related. I purchased everything for my project in one massive order. Quality is perfect.
The only missing star is because delivery took slightly longer than I hoped it would, though it was still within what they advertise on their website (I am slightly impatient :)
I ended up ringing them and Lou was fantastic, she had my package sent on the day, and included a second order for one single item (which I've made only a few days before) and she refunded the postage of that second order.
Overall very please and I will use again.

"My favourite online shop"

I have been a loyal customer to Lakeside Needlecraft for nearly 2 years. I buy all my cross stitching suppliers from them and the quality of service is superb. I always find what I need, orders are quickly dispatched and they always arrive nicely packed. Bonus is that the packaging is not excessive, some of the plastic is biodegradable and there is a loyalty program saving few pounds here and there.
