Delivery was well communicated and on time. I had ordered an American Fridge Freezer but with the size of the packaging it wouldn't fit through the door so the delivery team took 2 x doors off their hinges and put them back on afterwards. Great service!

I gave 4* because the website indicated there was stock available but the day after I placed the order I was contacted to say it was out of stock. I had to wait until after Christmas for delivery of my new freezer (Liebherr GP1486) but I am very pleased with it. Very quiet. This is my back up freezer which is situated in the garage. The drawers are perhaps not as robust as expected but are ok. User guide could be a bit clearer

Great delivery driver, called and text before coming. The package however was badly battered, the box my glass extractor hood arrived in left me worried it was in thousands of bits. Thankfully again the delivery driver unpacked everything to make sure it was in the condition I ordered it. So 5 stars for the driver and 1 for the warehouse sadly.
