2.5k cooker straight from manufacturer no quality check before arriving by appliance centre
And to boot awful delivery drivers who abandoned item in the hallway as they couldn’t get it through the kitchen door.
Perhaps they knew they had possibly damaged before it got here.
So no havd to wait 4 to 6 weeks for replacement door or could have sent it back and waited another 8 weeks for a new one.
No offer of any compensation in anyway shape or form
Should have bought it from AO in the first place

When we had decided on which ones we wanted he was able to quote a price that was better than any other place had given us.
Delivery was on the date we wanted.
