The appliance centre has truly impressed me with their commitment to quality and customer service.
I recently purchased a rangemaster Elise from them, and the entire process was seamless.
The delivery was really prompt. What truly sets the appliance centre company apart is their exceptional customer service. They were knowledgeable and efficient.
Overall I highly recommend the Appliance Centre to anyone who is looking for a new appliance, I for one will definitely be a returning customer.

"Ordered Induction got gas!…"

Ordered a £2000+ Bertazzoni induction cooker, switching from gas so had pipes capped. They delivered the gas version of the cooker. Delivery guys very apologetic but still waiting for someone at the Appliance Centre to apologise and offer some kind of gesture of goodwill. Not received a single call from them since incorrect delivery, have had to call them twice to see what’s going on. (Staff friendly and helpful when taking my calls but no apology, just blamed manufacturer). Earliest they may be able to get correct oven to us is a week after original one leaving us with no cooker for a week minimum. Mistakes happen, reaction to them is what matters, very disappointing and I am a returning customer too!

Amazing company. They not only have some of the best prices; their delivery times were great.

Not only that their service was brilliant. I ordered a dishwasher and when it arrived I realised I had ordered the wrong type. I had ordered a built in dishwasher rather than a free standing one. And what was even worse - it was stainless steel. Grounds for a divorce in my wife's book.

When I rang they were super friendly and arranged for a replacement which arrived only a few days later when the other one was collected.

Very happy with them.
