"These people seem to sell stuff they don't have"

Half of the stuff they advertise is not available for purchase. Well, I chose from the other half and the order went through just to come back half an hour later saying that no, they don't have the other stuff either and I can either wait for unspecified amount of time or get my money back. This the second time in 24 hours that a company sells something they are not able to deliver. I trust that the money will come back (UPD they did, a day later), but right now I am missing a grand.

Ordered an induction oven, which was a brand new model pre launch. It was at a very competitive price. Appliance centre let me know when it has arrived at the depot and organised delivery. They took away my old oven. I assumed the delivery guys would install it but they do not. They did unpack it and took away the packaging when I asked.
