My appliance delivery was delayed for over 3 months. The only way I was updated was when I chased them.

We bought a Fisher Paykell dishwasher at a very competitive price but sadly it didn't fit (my oversight but bear in mind that if this is installed in a corner the handles on the dishwasher door prevent the doors or drawers of the corner unit on the return from opening.)
The Appliance centre phone support is incredibly good and they arranged for the unit to be picked up and then rearranged it when I missed the pickup.

Good price and the product is exactly what I ordered. However, the wait time for this product from when I ordered it was almost a month. I placed the order on 9/3/25 and was told it was on back order and therefore delivery would be 1-2 weeks on 10/3/25. It eventually arrived on 4/4/25 without any notification from you that it would be delayed.
