Bought a Daewoo kettle 15 months ago which was good but became faulty and hence claimed on their free 3 year guarantee. They were efficient and helpful and got us a replacement kettle out very quickly, Most impressed.

I had a problem with a shelf in a halogen air fryer. The retailer's response was that they would replace the air fryer.
This seemed over the top so I contacted Daewoo directly. They requested that I sent a copy of the receipt, model number and home address. That sent the replacement part was with me in a couple of days.

I contacted Dawoo about my new air fryer's internal light stopped working, and they sent me a replacement bulb and instructions on how to fit it. My husband who is an electrical engineer was horrified with what he found, Instead of having a proper bulb holder there just soldered the wires together not only is this incompetent it's also dangerous
