I've used them before a few times and have been very satisfied with price, delivery etc, however this time around I ordered a knife that arrived without a sheath, I was offered £15 refund or I send the knife back and get a refund, this was frustrating as I've waited a long time for this knife to become available in Europe and is currently (at the time of writing this) out of stock and not available anywhere else in Europe, hence why I didn't want to send it back or accept a £15 refund.
I'm currently waiting for a response from knives and tools.
