"Horrible experience"

It’s horrible every time I try to sign up it wants to sign me up to shop. I had to do my order twice and I paid for it to be shipped fast and I received it after I left on vacation horrible horrible company to work with they never even reimbursed my overnight shipping when I didn’t even receive it until I left. Also, I can’t even log on to see if they put me in a subscription. I don’t like subscriptions. It’s the hardest company to log on. They wanna make you go on shop or give opinions. I feel like they’re marketing my information not paying me back for overnight shipping there’s no way to contact them. It’s a horrible company.
