"Predatory Lending. Don't Use!"

I have utilized lending companies for many, many years and I have had by far the worst experience with this one. I was an on time paying customer with them off and on for several years. When I fell on hard times, they were very inflexible and uncooperative in regards to making arrangements. They flagged my account quickly for legal and told me the only way to prevent it from escalating was to make extremely large payments. When I expressed my dissatisfaction the representative from their collections department was very impervious and just asked for my payment information. I fell on hard times that prevented me from getting on top of it. Do NOT utilize this company if you fall on hard times. If you are unable to dig your way out of your financial problems quickly, your situation will absolutely become an even bigger, scarier, anxiety-provoking experience. Especially with their predatory interest rates!

Had an arrangement to pay on my next payday, they decided afterwards they didnt want to wait. They went ahead and pulled money out of my account without permission. Orem utah location total SCAM!!! When I called and asked for an explanation I was told it wasn't her who had done it, it was corporate which she had called me an hour earlier to call the store. Why have me call the store if corporate had already pulled the money?? Asked for a supervisor to call me....no one ever did. Don't use them, total bullsh*ters
