I love that the employees know me by name and greet me as if they know me personally. However, I've had employees try to talk me out of a decision I want to make because it seems like a waste of time. I understand, however, when it comes to finances, saving $5, is important to me if it will save me a dime of interest. It made me feel stupid and ashamed when I was trying to do right and get out of debt. Being in this kind of business is hard because people try to get out of paying their debt at a loan company, but sometimes I feel like a number instead of a person.For the most part, the customer service is very professional, on time and friendly.
