I ordered a beautiful king-size bed and a blanket box. The blanket box matched by colour but not the same pattern as the headboard. When i expressed my displeasure I was called by customer service and management .A very lovely man called Imran dealt with me. He could not apologise enough and I was so impressed by the swift turn around. He got the production team and distribution team on board who delivered in two days . I was compensated financially and gifted two extremely good quality memory foam pillows. I will definitely purchase my next bed ,needed for my home ,from Heavenly Beds and recommend this company to family and friends.

Ordered the superking Ivy Winged High Bed Frame with all the optional extras and ottoman box, the build quality is very high! My advise pay for the installation, these beds are not light at all. These beds are built extremely well.

The beds are gorgeous to say the least. I did not expect the headboards to look so regal. My daughters and myself are so happy with the beds.

I have to say the customer service for this company is excellent. Their whatsapp customer care team get back to you promptly and are always willing to help. The delivery men were very helpful and polite. The after service was brilliant and when I asked for a phone call to discuss my order they called me straight away.

All in all a great service great company and great customer service.
