The sales team were helpful and willing to see how the company could support our business. Unfortunately, the demands of the operations team meant that they needed more from us than we could provide to support the operations team to meet the sales contract. A shame that we seemed to not be a big enough business to be worthwhile. We have retained them for a lesser contract, for phone messaging service, which has always been well done.

Starting from contacting them via their website, to providing business information, and then receiving detailed step by step instructions on how to configure Microsoft Admin Centre was seamless. Myka and the team were very friendly and patient and also followed up with me to confirm everything is working correctly. Super impressed with the service.
