The customer service hands down was excellent.

At this point in time I am waiting to receive a replacement blazer, because the first one was one size too small. Since I couldn’t try it on, I took my best guess on the sizes and it was a little tight. Otherwise, I think, I’ll enjoy wearing my new blazer when I get it. This note is not intended to sound negative toward the company. It’s just the nature of buying clothes online.

Averill’s was the only company to provide a particular jacket in a very particular color and in a hard to find size. I want to single out customer service rep, Andrew, who reached out to me regarding my initial order. And when the jacket was stolen from my doorstep post-delivery, Andrew handled everything and made it right. My husband now has his lovely jacket, +3 more! I am delighted with Averill’s and their excellent customer relations, and will remain a customer.

The quality is great. The only issue I had is I have longer arms and I had to have it tailored-but other than that the jacket is perfect.

You didn’t have the size I needed and I found that out after I placed the order which then you tried to see if I’d take the 3 x instead of the 4 x that I needed . It was just so frustrating and then you couldn’t tell me when you might get the size I needed in .
