"Boilers been Leaking from condenser…"

Boilers been Leaking from condenser pipe since it was fitted 2 months ago. Some1 came out. It's still leaking now I can't even get through to speak to anybody. Caused damage to wallpaper and ceiling in the hallway that's how I found out there was a leak. Had a pan under the boiler collecting water since the 11th of december

"Shocking steer clear of these cowboys…"

Shocking steer clear of these cowboys paid deposit got a date for refit then no one turned up . Fobbed off on phone now they don’t even answer . Waiting on my deposit being returned .

"Not Impressed"

I had a retrofit appointment 3 weeks ago now. Paid my deposit of £189 and since then all communication has seized. Tried phoning, emailing numerous times and WhatsApp, nothing! It seems like once they have your deposit they don’t want to know anymore!

I am still waiting for RST boilers to give a date when to install the new boiler. I have already gave them a deposit but had no response. Lots of promises but no action. Their phone is not responding to any calls.

"Avoid!!"

Avoid!!! Extremely bad!! Scam!!! They took my cash and I can not get hold of anyone now. I’m experiencing the same scenario here as per the last couple of bad reviews. No one to talk to. I’ve had enough lies about the installation date, been messed around for the last couple of months. Today I gave up holding the line after 1 H 30 min being Nr 1 in the queue. How could such dishonest people and companies like this exist at all? Has RST gone bust as per the post below? Just for the record, my name is D.V Petkov, post code B31 5QZ, Mob 07851 459565

"Shoddy customer service - no one answers the phone!"

Supposed to fit the boiler on 19th January - No one turned up! No one called to say they weren't coming. Got a phone call next day (after we had to call you first!) to rearrange - ANOTHER no show. Called back 3 times only to be told someone will call me back. NO ONE CALLS BACK. I have currently been on hold to Customer Services since 9am and its 2 and half hours later. I was caller number 4 when I started ringing and I have been caller number 2 in the queue for well over an hour. That means customer services have dealt with TWO calls in the 2 and half hours I have been waiting. What's going on?! Absolute JOKE.

EDIT: It's 3 hours now I've been on hold and I am still caller number 2.

EDIT 2: It's been 3 and half hours and I am now caller number 1! Probably because the last one gave up after waiting so long...

EDIT 3: It's been 4 hours and I've given up. I was caller number 1 for 45 mins with no answer.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY OFF MY ELDERLY FATHER. I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards and taking it further.

Been waiting for someone to answer for over an hour. What a joke!

RFERRING TO RST BOILERS!

I rang last week and was told i would get a call back in relation to a question. They didn't ring back.
When i do speak to someone they are rude and keep sniggering on the other end of the phone. Very unprofessional!
Think Mr Mclaughlin needs to re-think his staff.
I'm eligible for a new boiler and have been messed around from the beginning. Everytime staff say they will ring back they don't.

STILL haven't got my boiler. Have been trying to arrange fitting.

Just about to end yet another call to rst boilers. Been on for almost 3HOURS?!!??
Is the company folding?
I urge you to check out the emails I sent to James Baston yesterday plus others. He doesn't reply. ...why??
You say customers are important. Why not prove that!

What a CON company. Thank god I didn't part with any money unlike plenty of others who are currently out of pocket due to the company going into administration. James Baston (installations manager) knew this as I have discovered speaking to other customers. But he didn't have the guts to be honest with customers.

"I admit I was unsure at first"

THEY TURNED OUT TO BE A SCAM COMPANY THAT OPENED FOR BUISNESS WHILE GOVERMENT GRANTS AVAILABLE AND THEN FOLDED admit I was unsure at first, it seemed too good to be true!
I am so glad though that I still had the new boiler fitted. In total there were two men that came to carry out surveys of my heating system and the heat efficiency of my house. Then two more one carried out the electrical side and the last fitted the new boiler and other items that were needed. He regulated all the radiators and explained everything he did. All four were professional and knowledgeable I definitely recommend this company and the people who work for them

I had my boiler fitted today by RST and I'm very happy with the work that Chris Heywood did. He was very polite, professional and cleaned up after himself. He explained the use of the boiler to me and I'm very satisfied
