"Unfortunately I had another capsular…"

Unfortunately I had another capsular contracture in my right breast and had to have both removed and was advised to go for textured implants which ended up looking awful, they were too big and u could feel and see the edge of the implant all the way around. It was very upsetting and made me very stressed and caused me to have awful hair loss after waiting a few more months and kept being told they would settle and then told later that they wouldn’t I had to have both removed as I really didn’t want to go through putting more in. I had just wanted the right breast replaced with a similar implant as I had in the first place but was told this would be a bad choice as it had gone wrong for a second time but I had a baby and wasn’t having another so I wished I had stuck with my gut feeling and ignored the advice and not gone with the texture implants. They looked so unnatural and ridiculous I’ve been left with awful saggy breasts and nipples that are forever sucked in. After going back months after the last op was told they couldn’t do anything about this and felt they would only be interested if I had to pay even more money to correct what he had done to me. To be honest I would never go back to this place they have left me feeling awful about the way I look now and the after care is not there unless ur prepared to give them more money. I am now trying to save money to go to another clinic that will hopefully correct what an awful job my surgeon had done

I had a rhinoplasty with dr navid jallali, I had numerous consultations with different surgeons but he listened and guided me through my best options etc , he was excellent and a real decent bloke , it was very expensive but you get what you pay for in this world and with something in the centre of your face it needs to be perfect! As that’s the reason I went , my recovery was excellent and after car has been the same , I would highly recommend dr jallali and team to anyone who is wanted surgery

I love the results after having a breast uplift. I’d always felt so self conscious and it had affected my comfort and my relationships. Right from the start staff at The Private Clinic of Harley Street were professional and friendly. After liaising with the clinic manager Wanda Booth and organizing a consultation I quickly grew trust that I wasn't going to be just another customer but a valued patient. My consultation was very welcoming and all of the staff were extremely helpful, Dr Ishmail Urghratdar was a very kind and professional surgeon who gave me all the information I needed to make a decision, he did not give me any false hope and told me what the situation was and how they would be able to help. On the day of the procedure I was a little nervous but was constantly reassured by the doctor and nurses who all day were incredibly professional and kind, there were no issues whatsoever and I left feeling that afternoon to start my recovery feeling very satisfied and with additional information and all required medication I needed. I was assured that I could call up any day if I had any further questions, but they were so informative I haven't needed to. I am a month and a half past my procedure and everything has occurred exactly how they described. I would recommend this company to anyone looking into any procedure they offer.

I’ve just undergone a breast augmentation and couldn’t recommend the private clinic of Harley street anymore. The turnaround from consultation to procedure was very efficient, given COVID, and I’ve had constant communication from the Clinic every step of the way. I met my surgeon Dario Rochira in Bristol and he performed my surgery in London. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions - he put me completely at ease. The employees at Bristol were lovely and I couldn’t fault the surgical team and staff in London. Sadly I’ve forgotten names (a bit foggy from pre-op anxiety and post op aesthetic!) but everyone was amazing - they put me at ease, kept me informed and were just generally lovely people. Thank you all so so much. Not many people are in the ward at each time meaning that you have continual oversight from all team members so you never feel alone/uncertain. My surgery had to be pushed back a day due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control and the team in London went above and beyond to fit me in early the next day - everyone flexed their schedules so they could perform my surgery and it really meant the world to me. Sandra Briggs (head of London medical services) oversaw this and I’m hugely grateful. I’m overjoyed with the results already and I’m looking forward to meeting again with the Bristol team and my surgeon to continue my care post op. I highly recommend this group to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.
