"Laser liposuction"

Had very good service for my laser liposuction. Wanda kept me informed and updated and an excellent point of contact.
Excellent medical care and would certainly recommend.

"I had a complication that required…"

I had a complication that required speaking to a manager, I was put through to a gent named Neil and his attitude and customer service was absolutely disgusting from what is supposed to be a professional company. In the end I had to hang up because I was so upset with the way he was dealing with my situation. I called back and did get through to Dale and he managed to sort the problem. But the way the manager handled it has really put me off this company. I think this company needs to look at who they are putting in charge of complaints as this guy did not seem trained in the slightest. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

"Waste of money and time; I have also been offended"

As recommended by Obagi, I contacted "The Private Clinic" in Birmingham, to consult and understand which product is the best for my skin.
During the consultation, which was before the COVID-19 lockdown, the private clinic nurse told me that although your skin condition is OK, but if you want to see a difference, you should use Obagi Nu Derm system. They told me I will pay £517 and this includes the products, first consultation, followed by every month's check and consultation to make sure if the product has been helpful, if any change of dosage is required, etc. in order to get the best results. I purchased it and started to use the products, although I was not shown how to apply them during the first appointment, as the nurse said I have no access to the products today!!
After a few weeks, I did not notice any change, so I was waiting for my next consultation to discuss. Unfortunately, the lockdown happened and the clinic was closed. They did not call me or even send an email to say what will happen next. They also did not arrange virtual consultations, like other clinics did. They just closed the clinic without any communication and I couldn’t speak to anyone.
While I finished some creams and couldn't talk to anyone in clinic (Why they had told me if you finish we will have to see if needs to be replaced, otherwise you wouldn't get the best result), I was just using the remaining products until July with no consultation and monitoring. They just sold the product, which is a medical treatment and is prescribed and should be applied under medical advise and consultations. I understand because of the lockdown the clinic has been closed but they should have provided some alternatives or at least compensate the services that they did not provide during their closure. I paid £517 for the full package, including all their services but not only I did not get any service (which was supposed to be once a month), but also could not properly and efficiently do the treatment. I understand they say consultations are free, but I am sure the costs are embedded in the full amount I have paid (i.e. the costs are covered by what customers pay anyway).
After that, when the Private clinic started to answer phone calls, I booked an appointment and went there at the end of July and spoke about my concerns. While the nurse agreed with my concerns and they said you may get your treatment repeated or compensations, etc. (Like we have done for other treatments...), but she was not sure and told me the manager will contact me the next day, but the manager did not call me for a week and I was waiting; finally, I called them again, then she contacted me. Again the problem was not resolved, they didn’t offer me any compensation or solution. She just referred me to another nurse. Again, I went to the appointment in August. This time it was even worse, as the nurse did not agree with any of my concerns and kept saying: "we have been closed, what should we do, we could not come to work, I am self employed and this is not my business". She just wanted me to leave and pretended that she is not understanding me. Also said: "your skin is good and it has been good even before, what else you want?!" She also very impolitely and sarcastically said: “YOU NEED TO GO TO GP INSTEAD” “YOU HAVE PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEM” “YOU HAVE PROBLEM WITH YOUR BODY IMAGE” “YOUR SKIN IS GOOD”… While she has not the expertise to judge the psychological situation of people, I cannot understand how she allowed herself to say these (I am also planning to complain about this). I even told her I am going to complain, but she said “doesn’t matter as our reviews are all good“. Then, again she referred me to the manager and said she will contact you tomorrow and left! After that, I never received any call from the manager or anyone else.
In summary, I paid £517 but did not get the full package and services, did not get the expected result, am so annoyed and upset about the private clinic, especially the way that they dealt with this issue. The lockdown situation is understandable, but after that some compensations should have been offered. I am not even sure if the treatment is complete at all. Hence, I feel my money and time have been wasted and I have also been offended.

"I am two weeks in to my recovery from…"

I am two weeks in to my recovery from full abdomen and flanks Vaser Lipo suction carried out by Mr Wolf in the London clinic.
My initial dealings were with the team at the Birmingham clinic and I have to say that they have been exceptional from start to finish. In particular Wanda Booth Who has kept in touch all the way through and alleviated any concerns I had prior to my surgery and any questions following. It’s difficult to say what the results are going to be but I have no hesitation in recommending The Private Clinic. I spent a very long time researching the correct surgeon to undertake my procedure and thus far I feel 100% confident to say that I chose well! There is no question that Mr Wolf is exceptionally knowledgeable in his field and ironically enough deterred me away from my original procedure request where others had previously accepted Mr wolf pointed out the weakness to my skin elasticity and stated that The result would not be any better then where I was/am now. In my months’ worth of research reading up about the procedure I knew that this was likely to be the case...not that I wanted to hear it but it reinforced my trust in his skills.
A 100% five star review from start to finish. Thanks to the whole team at The Private Clinic x

"Rhinoplasty with Mr Supriya"

After lots of research, I went with the Private Clinic for a rhinoplasty with Mr Supriya. I have now had my operation, and I am so pleased with the result.
Wanda was so friendly and great in assisting with everything pre and post op, and any questions I had.
The recovery from the operation was so much easier than I expected, I had no pain and minimal bruising and swelling. Mr Supriya exceeded expectations and I am so pleased with the result of my rhinoplasty. I saw him for two consultations pre op, which meant I was very confident going into surgery in terms of what I was having done and the result I was going to achieve. I then saw him again before my operation and felt completely relaxed and confident in him.
I would highly recommend the private clinic and Mr Supriya.

"I was badly burnt at this clinic!"

I had laser hair removal at this clinic few years back and I was badly burnt!!! The marks took 2 years to disappear and got my money back but the experience remain the same. I don't recommend this clinic.
