Great service from start to finish. From a sole trade who has zero knowledge on how to do my tax returns, Tax Assist made the process very easy & took care of all the work. They were very helpful with any queries I had. They were a pleasure to deal with & I will most certainly be returning this year.

I have given a 4 star rating probably should be a 5 star. They took on the work last minute and got the job done. We hit a few bumps along the way but that's probably more down to me. 2022 should be much easier when I am on the surf software.

Very efficient accountancy company to deal with. Everything was done online and there was no issue with sending our receiving documents for online signatures etc.

So with the Initial consultation the "Manager" of the Dun Laoghaire branch listened to the requirements and was very pleasant on the phone. He endeavoured to get a quote back to us soon, and politely sent on the T&C document for of/when we decide to use the services (assuming we agree to use the service)

I replied with the needed docs except the T&C doc, which wants your Bank Details, stating that would be provided if we decide to use them, as there is no need for you to have my Bank details ( BIC and IBAN with a signed services agreement for a quote)

Surprise surprise, almost 3 weeks later with follow up emails, and still no quote.

This smells extremely off.. avoid any company that wants your Bank details for a "free quote"

Really helpful and personable, put me at ease on first meeting and gave me a great impression. Definitely worth the investment for peace of mind and feeling more organised and on top of bookkeeping.
