Thanks to everyone who has put an honest review of this company. I am a holiday rental owner and was contacted by this company to advertise my property with them. After doing a bit of research I certainly won't be advertising with them.
I care about my guests, I'm superhost on one website and rated 9.1 on another top website. So I don't want my good reputation and hard work to be wasted.

I really like Rentalia as a homeowner. I used them 2 years ago and they sent me alot of business. I of course am always there to greet my clients and would never dream of not letting someone with a reservation enter my villa.I am a super host on another site and will be using Rentalia again in the near future as I had no problems with them at all. Après contact avec la gestionnaire, la location était de 2,398 € !!!!!! Soit disant que les propriétaires n'ont pas mis leur prix à jour

Muy responsables. Cuando se les llama atienden en tu idioma. Tienen teléfono de contacto, no como el resto de web de alquiler turístico. Muy bien en general.

Mi experiencia ha sido como anunciante. He observado una pésima gestión de la web, se desentienden de todo. Incluso el servicio de atención son unos maleducados y responden los emails con descalificativos....si como lo oyen. Da la sensación de ser un chiringuito gestionado por cuatro irresponsables. Muy triste.

A fuir ! Ce site n'est pas sécurisé et nous avons découvert à nos dépens que les calendrier des réservation peut être piraté. Nous avons ainsi réservé et payé d'avance une maison déjà louée... Argent perdu et vacances gâchées...Bien sûr Rentalia décline toute responsabilité. Pire, ils sont au courant de ce problème mais se gardent bien d'en informer les usagers.

Mi alojamiento ha sido un desastre, por si alguien lo mira es el anuncio 609640; el dueño me ha estafado con la fianza, y RENTALIA se ha lavado las manos.
No lo recomiendo.

"DISGRACEFUL SITUATION WITH RENTALIA"

I had a similar experience to one of the reviews listed. I booked accommodation, paid my deposit of €210. When I arrived at the apartment complex, I could not contact the owner. I rang Rentalia on two occasions, spoke to two different ladies, one asked for the owners number and said she would ring him and ring me back - she didn't. The other told me that it was Friday afternoon and everyone was gone home so it would be MOnday before someone would ring me back - again - nobody rang me back. We had no alternative but to book and pay for alternative accommodation. When I returned from my holiday, I discovered that all the money had been taken from my account - a total of €700. I rang Rentalia and they told me that it was up to the owner to give me my money back as they had already paid him. I contacted the owner - he told me that I was a "NO SHOW" and will not give me my money back. Rentalia told me that they have a record of both my call and still they will do nothing. I am still in contact with them but they are showing no signs of resolving the situation. What an absolute disgrace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND DO NOT HELP IN THESE TYPE OF SITUATIONS EVEN THOUGH THEY PUT IT IN AN EMAIL THAT THEY DO HELP IN THIS TYPE OF SITUATION.
