"Excellent quality product"

Excellent quality product, from the wood to the doors. It's never easy to take on a major project like this as a husband and wife team, but with the SolidBuildWood staff being incredibly responsive to a couple of questions we had about the directions, we ended up with a beautiful "guest house"/formally a shed.

We were able to get it done in a 3 weekends with one other guy, and we did hire local roofers. In 3 short months we created a beautiful place for my 92-year-old father in law to sleep. This was far superior to leaving him in a facility. It cost us 1.5 months of what the facilities charge and is far warmer, more personable and beautiful and best of all - we are right there for him!

The delivery person was awesome, suggesting storing the wood in the garage, which I wasn't aware of as an option. Some labeling was off, however, the contact from SolidBuild was very responsive and walked me through checking the kit. The shed is beautiful. It hasn't even been painted yet and I am getting compliments from all of my neighbors.

it is not that easy to put it up. if took 2 contractors 4 days to finish and 3 days painting. i have not i installed a roof yet.
hire a electrician to put wire to the 4 corners and we put the light fixture outside it is not a shed , it is a nice room , so many of my friend went to move in. lol

This group is supplying really cool materials and the sea shed idea could be turned into many houses that could help with their housing shortage. All I know is it’s top quality material top quality customer service and they take care of their customer even after all of a sudden done doesn’t get any better than that.

Prior to purchasing our building, we did extensive research and countless calls and emails with Igna. Each time they were able to patently address our concerns and give much needed guidance. The printed instructions are extremely clear and very detailed. The packaging and milled products are of the highest quality. Highly recommend!!

The company is super responsive and the product is awesome! Any question, any time - answered. Everything went exactly as they said it would and the shipment arrived even faster than expected, so I had to postpone delivery until the pad was ready.

We ordered " The Myrtle" originally to be delivered 2nd week of September. Unfortunately Hurricane Helene came through Western North Carolina and we called to delay delivery. The staff at Solid Build are knowledgeable, kind and always available. Delivery was the 2nd week of November. Everything went perfectly from delivery to assembly. My husband and a friend put it together in 2 days, and we painted the exterior in 2 days. It is going to be my "She shed" for reading, meditating and yoga. It is very well built, and a wonderful addition to our back yard space. My only disappointment is that the door handles are satin brass, the keyplate is polished brass and the hinges appear to be galvanized steel. I wish it was matching satin brass!
