Absolutely great service, BigWantsYourCar made it so easy from start to finish. Started with an easy upload of photos from me. Then based on my photos they gave a guaranteed price. I was honest with any scuffs, which helps. On the day Driver STEVE arrived and explained everything clearly. He made me feel at ease giving me one key back whilst he did his final checks. He took the car for a quick drive and explained I could go with him if I wanted, but I did not feel the need to. He was extremely polite. Price stayed the same as what they had quoted so no hidden surprises. STEVE guided me through the payment email, and did not leave till he knew I had received the money. Excellent service I will highly recommend to people.

I’d never heard of this company but as I was being offered such poor part exchange deals from dealers I thought I’d give it a go. The service was efficient and thorough. You have to send pictures of your car but the app they send you makes it easy. It was all done in under a week and the car doesn’t leave your drive until the money appears in your account. They are thorough and I would encourage anyone to make sure they are honest and up front about any minor dents or chips at the outset because they will check your car. I made 1K more than I was offered by dealerships and I was 100% happy with the service that Big offered!

Good experience, sold and cash in bank 24hrs after first contact. No haggling, was rainy though, the guy that checked it over didn’t spend too long outside which probably helped miss any minor imperfections. Full amount quoted was paid instantly before drive off. £850 more than WBAC who low balled me on stupid things that were not relevant. Many Thanks

"Fantastic service after being slightly dubious "

Absolutely over the moon with the service I have received. I was a bit dubious at 1st because they gave me the best price out of all the car buyers. Paul came (smashing guy) spent about 45 minutes checking it over and a test drive. Made a phone call and was given the full amount I was quoted. Money in bank instantly. From my 1st contact with BIG to receiving money was 19 hours. Will recommend them to everyone
