I'd never even heard of Big Wants Your Car until I decided to sell my car, but the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The initial price they suggested when first entering details was higher than any of the others I received, and even after I'd sent in the photos and we'd discussed the condition, the price was still higher. The process of uploading the photos was made easy with the line guides on your screen, which made sure I was taking the correct photos first time. The only thing to be mindful of is that you need to take the photos at the point at which you upload them - I took a load, then logged off because I was short of time, and had to do them again. Somebody called me back within minutes of uploading the photos and a price was quickly agreed. A date was then organised, which was within a couple of days of the phone call. I had a call from the chap who was going to collect the car to confirm a time and go through the process again. The two chaps who collected the car (both called Martin) couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The process of checking it over was understandably thorough, but they agreed with the offer price and the app used to put the money into my account was simple to use. They then didn't leave until I confirmed with my internet bannking that the money was in my bank.

"Noisy Engine??????"

Everything was fine on the phone. The paperwork was verified and the car is immaculate. A lower price was offered then i wanted, but i agreed to reduce the hassle. The man cam to look at it and after an hour of messing around said that he didnt want it because the engine was noisy?????? Absolute rubbish, BMW service history, and only 35000 miles on the clock. Such a waste of time. Now i have to take temp insurance to be able to start the selling process again.....big thumbs down!

Two people came to collect the car within a few days. They were friendly and clear in what they needed to do. They inspected the car, took photos to confirm my description and photos. They had a quick call to the office to confirm everything. The office honoured the agreed price.
The equity was easily and quickly transferred to my account. They sorted the payment for the remaining finance.
Everything was done with about 45 mins. Very happy.
