A simple, smooth and quick process. We dealt with Paulina for the sale of our car, she was friendly and helpful. We were happy with the price quoted, after sending across some pictures the car was booked in for collection the next day. Martin collected our car, did the second checks he needed to do, friendly and helpful again. Condition of the car confirmed, money in the bank, bye bye car. 5/5

I can’t fault the service from this company. The entire process from start to finish was efficient and easy. Helpful staff throughout. Most importantly, I received the best offer for my car (compared to other car buying services, or part-ex) and received the full amount.
Be honest about the condition of your car up front (as they do a very thorough inspection) and you’ll get the quoted price. Kevin and Martin who inspected and collected the car were extremely pleasant to deal with.

I was a little skeptical when they got in touch off my auto trader advert as i’d never heard of them before but they were brilliant. The driver Lucas was great so friendly and helpful. I was expecting them to try knock me down in price once they arrived but i got the full asking price as agreed before they arrived and once the process was done (took about almost 2 hours but that was mostly Lucas getting through to head office with the pictures etc) once i filled in my bank details it was in the account straight away. Couldn’t fault them for a thing and would recommend to anyone!

"Misleading initial offer "

Told me on the phone immediately that they will pay my advert price, tried to then shave off another £450 upon collection, even though my advert clearly stated there was wear and tear, never asked to confirm through the whole process and then slapped that on me upon collection. Poor service and should review how they do initial approach! Paid fast and collection guy Janis was a nice guy, so hence the two stars for them!

"Brilliant service and price"

Mark came out to check over the car and once accepted as a truthful assessment by myself the money was paid IN FULL immediately. A fair price was offered, much much better than Carwow or Motorway and I cannot fault the entire process.

"Car sale"

This company made the best offer of a number of others. Paulina was very helpful throughout the process of uploading photographs and documents. Jamie came to collect the vehicle and was very friendly and courteous. No quibbling about the price. There was a bit of a delay processing the payment but it went through quickly after that. Seems that if you’re straight with them, they’ll be with you. Recommended.
